Ice Palace Park is one of the parks the Lake County Public Works Department maintains, at 1017 Harrison Avenue. The county’s tourism panel describes it as a grass field with a pavilion and shaded picnic tables, on the Mineral Belt Trail and next to the Lake County Public Library and the National Mining Hall of Fame and Museum, with parking off West 10th Street or Harrison Avenue. Neither page gives hours, rules or restrooms.
