Quincys Steak & Spirits

Steakhouse with a short menu in the 1879 Quincy block on Harrison Avenue, open since October 1997: filet mignon Sunday to Thursday, prime rib Friday and Saturday, dinner from 4 pm.

Quincys opened in October 1997 in the Quincy block on Harrison Avenue, built in 1879, and keeps to a short menu. Filet mignon is served Sunday through Thursday (6 oz. $18.95 to 15 oz. $27.95) and prime rib on Friday and Saturday (8 oz. $21.95 to 20 oz. $33.95); dinners come with a baked potato, salad with the house dressing, and bread. A vegetable lasagna ($15.95) and macaroni and cheese are served every day, and the drinks list runs to margaritas, house wine and bottled beer. Prices are from the menu page as read in October 2026. There is no dress code, and carry-out is available.

Walk-ins are seated first come, first served. In peak season, June to September, the restaurant takes no reservations, except that parties of six or more may reserve a table at 4:00, no later than 4:30.

Hours, phone and address were read on the restaurant’s locations page, the menu on its menu page, on 10 October 2026. The site carries no dated post, so the second source is the City of Leadville’s Restaurants & Bars page, which lists it; that page carries no date of its own.
